I had a quick question about my entry and reached out to support, not really expecting a fast reply. But they got back to me quickly, explained everything clearly, and it was all sorted without any hassle. it was such a relief to feel like someone was actually there to help.

I really like this because it doesn’t just feel like you’re entering for nice prizes, it feels like you’re actually doing something good at the same time. Knowing the charity gets real support makes the whole thing feel worth it.

The website was really simple to use, like almost too easy. Everything was clear, the emails came through quickly, and I haven’t run into any issues at all so far. i’m happy with the whole experience

I like that they make the donation info easy to see. No digging around or guessing. Just feels more upfront and honest than a lot of raffles.

I’ve never really had any tech problems with the site... it always loads fine for me, and my payments have gone through without any weird errors.
